Solderstar to debut a trio of new products at Productronica 09

UK Temperature Profiling Manufacturer Solderstar will debut three new innovative products at the Productronica Exhibition in Munich 10th – 13th November 09.
VP4000 - Vapour Phase Temperature Profiling System
First, is a new dedicated system for Vapour Phase profiling, the VP4000 allows users of batch and inline vapour phase soldering systems to fully profile their products in the same way as a conventional reflow machine.
The system includes the rechargeable VP4000 data-logger, a compact, hermetically sealed measurement instrument capable of operating in the pre-heat, vapour reflow and vacuum stages of the machine. Data is passed continuously to a nearby PC via wireless telemetry allowing the profile to be viewed in real-time by the user.
AUTOSeeker - Reflow Process Optimisation Product
Second, is a reflow profile optimisation software product called AUTOSeeker, this tool saves time and money by eliminating the trial and error approach of reflow process optimisation.
Given a profile captured from a user assembly, AUTOSeeker uses a sophisticated rules based algorithm to search for the best machine settings to optimise the reflow profile. User criteria such as process window centred, fastest throughput or lowest running cost can be defined allowing AUTOSeeker to streamline product introduction and save money by fine tuning process to reduce scrap, rework and energy costs.
SolderStar PRO RF - Wave and Reflow Profiling via Wireless Telemetry
The third new product to be presented is the Solderstar PRO-RF, a complete solution for reflow and wave soldering process control. This scalable system allows reflow profiling on 6,9,12 or 16 channels depending on customers requirements. In addition the system can be used in conjunction with the WaveShuttle wave solder process analyser to provide a complete wave solder process analysis and repeatability tool.
This system incorporates a new ultra compact profiling datalogger with an integrated high speed 2- way RF data link. This feature allows system setup, process improvements and data downloads to be performed more efficiently in the production environment and the temperature profile to be viewed and analysed in real-time.
Demonstrations of all these new innovative products will be available at the Productronica exhibition at the SolderStar booth (A4.429).
